Abstract
Alphabet Teaching Values of Education: Kaygusuz Abdal’s Example of Elifnâme
Kaygusuz Abdal, in his works, aims at transferring to
the Sufi doctrine of the Sufi doctrine, the values and
principles of Sufism, on the one hand, and the series of
values that will contribute to the spiritual education of
man. Kaygusuz Abdal's mysticism holds an important
place in case their thoughts, unity of divine truth in the
theory that dealt axis aldığı “Der-Beyân-ı Elifnâme-i
Kaygusuz Sultan”entitled also incorporates the work of
many values. About six centuries ago the values of the
values of the subject are not discussed at the present level
of a culture, religion and moral doctrine built on a hardware
that transfers this string of values. Kaygusuz Sultan
considers each letter of the Arabic alphabet as a matter of
substance and emphasizes on the mystical tradition-based
equivalents of letters.
In this study, the meaning given by Kaygusuz to the
letters will be given first, and then the contemporary
equivalent of the fiction that emerged on that day will be
handled by our commentator approach. We think that the
text contains a universal value string which is more
pronounced today with its recall and its readings. In this
context, a table will be prepared and the comments of the
equivalent of the expressions expressed by us today will be
given to the left of the table. The study will also present
suggestions for teaching a universal value with each letter
of the alphabet for children in the Latin alphabet teaching process. In addition, although we are using the education
and training model over the symbol and association
relationship, which is used functionally for hundreds of
years, it will be questioned that we are ignoring the
functionality of this field today.
